Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design luxury athleisure collections that merge style with functionality.
- Develop mood boards, sketches, and digital designs aligned with brand vision and seasonal trends.
- Selects fabrics, trims, and finishes that reflect premium quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate with textile designers, tech pack creators, and production teams to ensure design integrity from concept to final product.
- Research global fashion trends, consumer preferences, and sustainable design innovations.
- Oversee sampling, fittings, and quality checks to ensure flawless execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in luxury, sportswear, or athleisure.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric properties.
- Creative flair with a keen eye for detail, color, and silhouette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and meet tight deadlines.
