Relationship Manager - MF

  • 1. Managing the Branch in terms of Sales, Branch operations and administration.
  • 2. Build a high Quality Loan portfolio
  • 3. Responsible to Achieve targeted micro finance members for the Branch
  • 4. Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
  • 5. Maintain Manage & Deliver Branch productivity for Micro finance/Micro LAP/HF/AGRI/New product
  • 6. Responsible acquit ion of recurring deposit for the bank through eligible micro finance members
  • 7. Responsible for sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve the desired results
  • 8. Handholding entire branch team to achieve desired targets
  • 9. Field Visit with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection
  • 10. Responsible for sales team to high performance and be a team player
  • 11. To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
  • 12. Ensuring 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.

Responsible for training team members on product & handhold
