Key Responsibilities

  1. Graphic Design
    • Design creatives across all brand platforms: Instagram, website banners, emailers, WhatsApp, newsletters, and performance marketing.
    • Ensure all visuals align with the brands identity and drive engagement.

  2. Video Editing
    • Create basic video content such as GIFs, reels, teaser clips, and campaign snippets.

  3. Content Capture
    • Regularly capture behind-the-scenes and real-time content in and around the studio for use across platforms.

  4. Creative Direction Support
    • Contribute to evolving the brands visual language.
    • Research trends and draw inspiration from successful fashion and lifestyle brands to bring fresh, relevant content ideas.

  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with: o Social Media Manager and Copywriter o Performance Marketing team for ad creatives and campaign assets o Website development team to align visuals and functionality

  6. Shopify Management
    • Learn and manage basic backend operations on Shopify: o Daily hygiene checks (stock updates, functionality, bug reporting) o Upload product assets o Minor troubleshooting

  7. Newsletter & WhatsApp Marketing
    • Design and upload creatives for email and WhatsApp campaigns.
    • Learn relevant platforms and tools used in these channels.

  8. Photoshoot Support
    • Assist with shoots and campaigns.
    • Occasionally travel for shoots or capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in an e-commerce or fashion environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital platforms.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.


• Strong attention to detail and sense of aesthetics.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
