Position Overview:

We are hiring an MIS Executive/Analyst to create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. The role involves analyzing operational data, especially from FMS, to track performance, identify issues, and suggest improvements. You will be responsible for generating daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, automating reporting processes, and ensuring data accuracy. The position also involves supporting audits, troubleshooting data/reporting issues, and working closely with facility teams to meet their reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Analyze operational data from FMS and other sources to identify trends, performance issues, and improvement areas. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for internal stakeholders and management.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Facility Management teams to understand reporting needs and deliver customized solutions. Support audits and compliance requirements by maintaining accurate and timely records.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data extraction, formatting, and report generation.
  • Provide training or support to team members on the use of dashboards or MIS tools as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts), Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • Working knowledge of FMS platforms or CAFM systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with database querying (SQL) is preferred.
