Job Title: Wedding Sales Manager (Minimum Experience 3+ Years)

Wedding Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue by converting leads into booked weddings and ensuring exceptional client experience from the first inquiry to contract finalization. This role blends sales strategy, relationship management, wedding industry knowledge, and customer service to grow Aouraa Production's client base and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Manage and respond to all wedding-related inquiries, calls, emails, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales consultations to understand client needs, budgets, and vision.
  • Present Aouraa Production's planning, décor, and design services in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and wedding packages.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on wedding trends, pricing, and competitive landscape.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Guide clients through package selection and upsells for décor, coordination, and add-on services.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed clients to the planning/design team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in wedding/event sales, hospitality, or luxury services.
  • Strong understanding of wedding planning and décor industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Preferred:

  • Experience with luxury weddings or high-end event production.
  • Existing network with venues and wedding vendors.
  • Creative eye for design and décor aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
