One of our early-stage Consumer portfolio companies is looking to hire a Head of Manufacturing to work closely with the Founders as they increase the number of factories they have and scale exponentially.ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead high-performing Production, QA/QC, and Plant Operations teams across sites

Manage production across all 3PMs ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery

Implement SOPs and ensure food safety & quality standards Drive margin improvement, production accounting, cost controls, and vendor negotiations

Identify and onboard new 3rd party manufacturers to support business growth

Set systems for scale, solve challenges at the root, and improve overall productivity.QualificationsAt least 10 to 15 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing

Strong understanding of 3PM operations, plant efficiency, QA/QC, and cost control

Proven ability to lead teams, build systems, and scale manufacturing networks

Commercially sharp with a problem-solving, execution-first mindset

Strong knowledge of best industry practices Someone interested in building a consumer giant from the ground up
