Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-driven Social Media Intern our brand presence across multiple platforms and strengthen relationships with influencers. The role requires expertise in content strategy, community building, influencer collaborations, campaign execution, and analytics to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

 Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.

 Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).

 Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, polls).

 Plan and run paid ad campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

 Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to ensure brand relevance.

 Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage brand reputation online.

Influencer Management

 Identify, connect, and collaborate with relevant influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.

 Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets for influencer campaigns.

 Build long-term influencer partnerships to promote brand trust and awareness.

 Track influencer performance, engagement, and ROI of collaborations.

 Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and content guidelines with influencers.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

 Conceptualize innovative social media campaigns and influencer-led initiatives.

 Drive seasonal and product launch campaigns to maximize visibility.

 Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align campaigns.

 Plan contests, giveaways, and collaborations to increase engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

 Monitor social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.

 Prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.

 Optimize strategies based on performance insights and trends.

Other Responsibilities

 Stay updated with latest trends in social media & influencer marketing.

 Maintain consistency in brand tone, voice, and messaging.

 Explore new platforms (Threads, Snapchat, Pinterest) for growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Proven experience as Social Media Manager or Influencer Marketing Executive.

 Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

 Proficiency in social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Canva, etc.).

 Creative mindset with content creation and campaign ideation ability.

 Strong analytical and reporting skills.

 Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
