Role Profile

We are seeking an experienced
Angular Lead Developer
with
6-8 years of core experience
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining
custom and reusable Angular components
with a keen eye for
UI/UX design
and
CSS styling
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and reusable
    Angular components
    .
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to create high-quality user interfaces.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Implement
    responsive and pixel-perfect designs
    using CSS, SCSS, and frameworks like Bootstrap/Tailwind.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Conduct
    code reviews
    , mentor junior developers, and ensure high development standards.
  • Integrate APIs and work with state management libraries such as NgRx.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest
    Angular, TypeScript, and front-end development trends
    .
  • Work in an
    Agile/Scrum
    environment and participate in sprint planning and reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in
    Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, and JavaScript
    .
  • Proven experience in
    building reusable UI components and libraries
    .
  • Excellent
    CSS, SCSS, and responsive design skills
    .
  • Experience with
    state management (NgRx, RxJS)
    .
  • Understanding of
    RESTful APIs
    and client-server interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Familiarity with
    Git version control
    and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise in
    Architecting Applications in a Multi-tenant Environments
  • Expertise in Deploying Applications in Kubernetes is a plus
  • Experience in
    leading teams and conducting code reviews

  • Knowledge of
