A Full Stack Developer with 3-4 years of experience is typically responsible for developing and maintaining both the client-side (front-end) and server-side (back-end) of web applications with DevOps and Cloud knowledge. This person is not only an expert in development but also understands the full application lifecycle, from writing code to deployment, monitoring, and scaling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications from end to end. This includes building responsive user interfaces and robust server-side logic.
  • Back-End Development: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for the back-end using and its associated frameworks (e.g., , NestJS).
  • Front-End Integration: Collaborate closely with front-end teams (or handle both sides) to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic and APIs. Proficiency in a front-end framework ) is often required.
  • API Development: Create and manage RESTful APIs with Swagger for communication between front-end services and the backend.
  • Database Management: Design, create, and manage database schemas and optimize queries to ensure data integrity and efficient storage. Common databases include MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Performance and Security: Monitor and optimize application performance, and implement security best practices such as authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
  • Code Quality and Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, write comprehensive tests, and use version control systems like Git to manage code and collaborate with a team.
  • Deployment: Work with DevOps teams or handle deployment tasks using tools and platforms like Docker, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Security & Scalability: Implement security best practices and design applications to be scalable and highly available on the Cloud platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on with cloud-native application development.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Languages: Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Back-End: Strong experience with the runtime and at least one framework like or NestJS.
  • Front-End: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks ).
  • Databases: Hands-on experience with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
  • Cloud: Hands-on experience with Cloud services..
  • DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines using DevOps Pipelines or similar tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Knowledge of containerization with Docker.
  • Scripting: Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell for automation.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and debugging skills to troubleshoot and solve complex issues across the stack.
