About the Role

Eduden is hiring an experienced and passionate Data Science and AI/ML Trainer to lead classroom-based training sessions at our Kolkata center. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in data science, machine learning, Python programming, and hands-on experience with relevant tools and frameworks.

We are looking for a trainer who can break down complex topics into easy-to-understand sessions, lead live projects and assignments, and inspire students with real-world applications of AI and ML.

This role is for individuals who can teach with clarity, work closely with students, and adapt to various learning styles. If you have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills, we would love to have you on board.

Who Can Apply
  • Must be based in Kolkata (this is an onsite, classroom-based role)
  • Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  • Strong understanding of core concepts in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI
  • Prior training or mentoring experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Professionals working in the industry looking to mentor part-time are also welcome
  • Must be also willing to travel
Must-Have Skills
  • Proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and basic statistics
  • Strong grasp of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, TensorFlow/Keras, and basic NLP techniques
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly to both beginners and intermediate learners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in handling live sessions, projects, and student Q&A
  • A learner-first, supportive, and encouraging teaching style
Good to Have
  • Experience with Deep Learning, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs
  • Exposure to real-world data science projects or deployments
  • Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or GenAI tools
  • Ability to guide students through GitHub, portfolios, and interview prep
Responsibilities
  • Conduct classroom-based training sessions in Data Science, AI, and ML
  • Deliver content in an engaging, structured, and outcome-oriented manner
  • Support students with practical assignments, capstone projects, and lab sessions
  • Collaborate with curriculum designers to improve course delivery
  • Mentor students and provide feedback to help them grow
  • Stay current with trends in AI, ML, and data-driven technologies
