Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and articulate our business proposition and insurance solutions in alignment with client needs.
  • Confidently explain the value proposition to potential customers and convert leads into clients.
  • Conduct follow-up field visits with qualified prospects to build trust and close deals.
  • Proactively identify and develop new customer relationships across corporate and retail segments.
  • Participate in relevant networking events and forums to attract, partner, and cultivate new business prospects.
  • Execute marketing and outreach initiatives to generate quality leads via multiple channels.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track interactions using CRM tools.
  • Ensure consistent client communication and relationship-building to encourage repeat business.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Drive and determination
    • Should be a General Insurance Experience.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A creative approach to new campaigns
  • Good negotiating and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Commercial awareness, for pricing and analyzing data
  • Good numeracy skills and a knowledge of statistics
  • A high standard of computer literacy
