POSITION: AI Senior Engineer /Lead

Position Overview:

This position at GrowthAXL will help in making the group an AI First, AI Native leader by supporting AI strategy and implementation across products, services, solutions and internal use. This role requires a hands-on but visionary engineer who can harness the power of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, a proven track record of successful AI projects, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of AI professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help drive AI First and Native approach at Growth AXL as a major differentiator and moat in products, services and in group operations
  • Can drive the lifecycle of AI projects from problem definition to deployment and continuous monitoring and improvement
  • Provide innovation pipeline for products through ideating using customer data or organic data or synthetic data by developing core models, frameworks, algorithms and new inventions
  • Develop PoCs/ PoVs for customers using Agentic or Custom Frameworks and help proving the product or solutions value
  • Develop IP and Patentable differentiators in Knowledge Graphs, Graph Design, Knowledge Bases, Reasoning, Planning and in the economics of using LLMs
  • Support services and delivery through AI in Engineering, Program Management, Project Execution and Shared Services
  • Drive AI innovation by staying updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and related technologies
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the AI team.
  • Represent GrowthAXL in industry forums, conferences, and client meetings.

Must Have Skills

  • Well versed with the latest in AI including Gen AI, Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, LVMs, Edge AI.
  • Experience in delivering production grade solutions in verticals such as Healthcare, Logistics, Supply Chain or Retail/ Commerce/ Online Commerce
  • Proficient in Computer Vision, Language Models, Speech and Audio Processing
  • Hands on coding in Python + Web Services + Frameworks
  • Experience on Cloud Platforms GCP or AWS or Azure and ability to run data and AI workloads as serverless/ managed services
  • Experience on Agentic Frameworks such as Gemini ADK, Langgraph, Langchain, CREW, Autogen etc.
  • Experience in data engineering and pipelining through Airflow, AWS Glue, Azure Synapse or Databricks or Snowflake
  • Strong understanding of heterogenous compute environment such as CUDA, Open CL, Qualcomm AIC etc. and also Tensorflow Lite on Android etc.
