JOB DESCRIPTION

 Participating in key specifier trainings to help share effective/new solutions to the

specifiers' community and provide product education and advice

 Verify and model existing conditions

 Work with Design Managers to create schematic design, design development, and

construction drawings

 Provide drawing support for minor design requests

 Assist scheduling the development of projects

 Be aware of projects as they are planned, developed, and constructed

 Coordinate drawings with outside consultants

 Serving on the Revit/BIM Committee

 Remain informed on industry trends and related new technologies that could

benefit the department

 Establish and maintain drafting and modeling best practices for the department

Qualifications for architectural draftsman

 4-6 years of experience working in a professional office

 Self-motivated, organized, professional, and able to handle multiple work

assignments

 Committed to the success of project teams

 Associates degree or certification

 Associates Degree in CAD Drafting or related field

 Certification as a Construction Document Technologist (CDT) from the

Construction Specifications Institute(CSI) or equivalent A/E certificati

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
