Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for an EPR Head at Circulogy. The EPR Head will be responsible for overseeing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) operations, developing and implementing EPR strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing stakeholder relationships. Daily tasks include coordinating with OEMs and recyclers, analyzing data, monitoring the EPR Credit Exchange, and leading awareness campaigns.

The EPR Head will also be tasked with organizing and participating in ecosystem events, fostering strong relationships across the PIBOs and recyclers, and driving continuous improvement in EPR practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) strategies
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and environmental policies
• Data analysis and monitoring skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Industry experience in recycling or sustainability is a plus
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Management, or related field
• Proficiency with SaaS tools and technology platforms
