Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registrar to lead and manage academic administration at ITM Vocational University.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hire, supervise, and evaluate the Records and Registration staff
  2. Oversee all academic administrative functions ensuring efficient student services
  3. Lead university-wide student services initiatives as assigned
  4. Manage the entire graduation process, including rehearsals and ceremonies
  5. Ensure proper collection, recording, and reporting of academic records as per UGC norms
  6. Lead adoption of new technologies for student records and registration processes
  7. Prepare and manage departmental budgets
  8. Resolve student disputes related to academic records and registrations
  9. Coordinate with faculty, IT, admin, and academic departments to improve services
  10. Supervise operations of HR, Admin, Finance & outsourced university services
  11. Act as an ex-officio member of academic and administrative committees
  12. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time
