Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registrar to lead and manage academic administration at ITM Vocational University.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, supervise, and evaluate the Records and Registration staff
- Oversee all academic administrative functions ensuring efficient student services
- Lead university-wide student services initiatives as assigned
- Manage the entire graduation process, including rehearsals and ceremonies
- Ensure proper collection, recording, and reporting of academic records as per UGC norms
- Lead adoption of new technologies for student records and registration processes
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets
- Resolve student disputes related to academic records and registrations
- Coordinate with faculty, IT, admin, and academic departments to improve services
- Supervise operations of HR, Admin, Finance & outsourced university services
- Act as an ex-officio member of academic and administrative committees
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time
