Job Overview:

As a PHP Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of dynamic web applications. Your primary focus will be on server-side logic, database integration, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and system administrators, to bring innovative web solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures.
  • Must have knowledge of developing and working with APIs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement caching mechanisms and other techniques to improve performance.
  • Should have the ability to do extensive research and work in a team with responsibility.
  • The applicant must have a desire to constantly keep themselves updated about new and upcoming technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, Zend Framework 2, CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Yii, Mean Stack, htaccess).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a PHP developer with a strong portfolio of web applications.
  • Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Experience with MVC frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter).
  • Good to have experience in WordPress and Shopify.
  • Solid understanding of database design and optimization.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., jQuery, Angular, React) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
