Must have:

5+ years of hands on work experience Guidewire PolicyCenter modulesShould have good Domain Experience in P&CHands on knowledge of Guidewire Configuration and IntegrationStrong understanding of the Guidewire Rating platform (UI, Data Model, Studio etc.)3-4 years of work experience in Java development projectsStrong understanding of Design Patterns Strong background in OOP, UML, Object Oriented analysis and design Application design tools frameworks, e.g. Spring, Maven, Eclipse, etc.Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in a complex application stacksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsShould have worked in Onsite-Offshore Model.

Good to have:

Certified Guidewire PolicyCenter professional 3-4 Years of experience in Java programming Strong skills in Java programmingExperience with REST web services is a plusExperience with various code versioning systems, such as SVNAbility to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environmentExperience in working with customer directly is a plus Proficient in written and spoken English
