Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Global Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for evaluating and managing suppliers, conducting contract negotiations, and overseeing procurement processes. The role involves developing supplier relationships and ensuring that sourcing strategies align with the company's goals. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying cost-saving opportunities, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Development skills
  • Strong Supplier Management and Procurement experience
  • Expertise in Contract Negotiation and managing contracts effectively
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
