Roles & Responsibilities

  • TDS Management: Ensure timely deduction, deposit, and return filing of TDS; reconcile TDS statements with books.
  • Balance Sheet Preparation: Independently prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets in accordance with accounting standards.
  • End to end preparation of balance sheet
  • P & L , Cashflow, and Projections
  • Bank and Liaison
  • GST Compliance: Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.), reconcile GST data with books, and ensure timely payments.
  • Microsoft Dynamics (ERP): Operate and maintain financial records using Microsoft Dynamics; generate reports and integrate data for audits and compliance.

  • General Accounting Tasks:

  • Bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny

  • Journal entry posting and maintenance
  • Accounts receivable/payable management

  • Inventory accounting (if applicable)

  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all financial, tax, and company regulations applicable in India.

  • MIS Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial reports to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter or equivalent
  • Experience: 5-10 years in a mid to large-sized organization

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in TDS, GST, Balance Sheet Finalization

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems

  • Strong command of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial modeling

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
