Project Overview

Prestigious Client / Project: Work with one of Indias most recognized omni-channel retail brands on a transformative Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. The project is focused on enhancing core enterprise functions like Order to Cash (O2C), Invoicing, and system integration, playing a pivotal role in modernizing the companys operational backbone.

Revolutionizing Technologies: The position leverages cutting-edge tools such as Oracle Fusion (O2C) & Invoicing modules, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle APEX. It emphasizes modern ERP transformation, custom UI development, and performance optimization.

Agile Development: The consultant will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, implementing enhancements, resolving issues, and ensuring continuous delivery through agile processes and iterative development.

Role and Responsibilities

Analyze and understand existing migration activities, including customizations and integration flows.

Ensure system stability and data consistency across all modules and integrations.

Diagnose performance bottlenecks in Fusion, OIC integrations, and database processes; propose and implement optimizations.

Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues and bugs efficiently.

Implement new enhancements and changes across Oracle Fusion, OIC, and APEX based on business needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for testing, deployment, and documentation of integration

Requirements

5–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion, specifically in Order to Cash (O2C) and Invoice modules.

In-depth understanding of Fusion O2C and Invoicing flows.

Strong experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for complex end-to-end integrations.

Should have worked in one end to end implementation project

Hands-on-experience on BIP reports.

Proficiency in Oracle APEX for custom UI development and backend logic.

Solid understanding of Oracle Database architecture and expertise in PL/SQL for writing and optimizing queries, procedures, and packages.

Experience in handling system performance tuning and debugging.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
