We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate professional to lead the organizations Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives as Chief AI Officer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AI concepts, combined with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, to drive AI adoption across the enterprise.

This position requires a balance of strategic vision, practical implementation capability, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward a shared goal of digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organizations AI strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize business processes where AI can deliver measurable efficiency or performance improvements.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of AI-driven solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and integrate relevant AI platforms, APIs, and tools to support organizational goals.
  • Conduct internal awareness and training programs to enhance AI literacy across departments.
  • Monitor AI project performance, assess ROI, and prepare reports for senior leadership.
  • Stay abreast of developments in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications in AI/ML, Data Analytics, or Generative AI will be an advantage.

Experience

  • 24 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, data analytics, or implementation of AI solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing AI or automation initiatives, either internally or in a client-facing capacity.
  • Exposure to widely used AI platforms and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

  • Adoption rate of AI solutions by internal teams (measured through usage metrics, active users, or process coverage).
  • Efficiency or performance improvements achieved through AI initiatives (e.g., hours saved, accuracy gains, faster turnaround).
  • Internal AI literacy levels improved through training sessions, workshops, or playbooks created.
  • Tooling & Integration Impact: Number and quality of AI tools successfully integrated into business workflows.
  • ROI or measurable business value delivered from AI implementations (cost savings, revenue uplift, or qualitative impact).
