Role Overview

We're looking for a motivated
Assistant Publisher (Part-Time, Remote)
to help manage article submissions, review stories, and ensure the quality of digital publications.

This position is ideal for
high-school students
who want to explore media and publishing while balancing schoolwork.

The work requires only
1–2 hours a day
, focused mainly on
checking submissions, reviewing drafts, and coordinating uploads
— all from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Review article submissions for clarity, grammar, and factual accuracy
• Coordinate with student writers and editors for revisions and approvals
• Proofread and format articles before publishing
• Maintain submission logs and basic publishing schedules
• Participate in brief online review sessions (mostly weekends)

Qualifications

• Must be a
  High School Student (Grades 9–12)
• Strong English communication and proofreading skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Docs or Notion
• Interest in journalism, writing, or digital publishing
• Reliable internet connection and self-discipline for remote work
• Able to commit 1–2 hours per day
  on weekdays or weekends
