Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality training.

sessions in the following areas:

Computer Hardware (CompTIA A+)

Computer Networking (CompTIA N+)

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, basic Linux)

Ticketing Tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent)

Office 365 Administration

Cisco CCNA fundamentals

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions to students.

Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and practical lab activities.

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and certifications.

Assist students in preparing for international certification exams (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco).

Maintain training labs and ensure all equipment is functional.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or related field (preferred).

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, N+, Microsoft Certified Trainer, or CCNA (preferred).

Minimum 2–3 years of training or industry experience in the above-mentioned domains.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
