About the Role

We are seeking a
Creative Editor
who can
design moodboards, lead creative storytelling, manage video production, and inspire a team of visual artists
. This role demands not just technical mastery, but also vision — someone who can shape Novella's creative direction and take it to new heights in the luxury wedding industry.

The ideal candidate will be
equally comfortable behind the screen and in front of clients
— translating client visions into creative concepts, leading the editing team, and ensuring every output reflects Novella's luxury ethos.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Conceptualization & Moodboards

• Design moodboards and creative decks for weddings, films, and campaigns
• Collaborate with clients to interpret their vision and translate it into storytelling formats
• Develop fresh creative approaches aligned with Novella's luxury positioning

Video Production & Editing

• Lead the editing of cinematic wedding films, teasers, trailers, and branded content
• Oversee visual storytelling, pacing, color grading, and sound design for luxury-standard output
• Collaborate with cinematographers and creative directors to elevate video production quality

Client Interaction & Storytelling

• Act as the creative POC for clients during pre- and post-production discussions
• Guide clients through storytelling approaches and manage revisions with elegance
• Maintain Novella's premium client experience at all creative touchpoints

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a team of editors, designers, and creative professionals
• Set creative benchmarks, review outputs, and ensure timelines are met
• Foster an environment of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team

Technical Mastery

• Hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition) and other editing/design software
• Understanding of camera operations, shooting techniques, and technical workflows
• Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and creative trends in luxury content production

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in creative editing, video production, or visual storytelling (wedding, luxury, or lifestyle industry preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic films, moodboards, and luxury visual projects
• Exceptional storytelling ability with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
• Technical mastery of editing software and working knowledge of camera workflows
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with elite clients
• Experience leading a creative team and managing end-to-end production pipelines
• Passion for weddings, storytelling, and building iconic visual experiences
• Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate to
  South Delhi (GK1)
