Splunk Enterprise Support Engineer – Bengaluru (In-office)Location:Marathahalli, Outer Ring Road, BengaluruExperience:7+ yearsof overall IT experience, with3–5+ yearshands-on experience in Splunk ITSI development and support.Shift:2:00 PM – 11:00 PM ISTFull-time | Immediate Joiners PreferredAbout the RoleWe are looking for aSplunk Enterprise Support Engineerto join our fast-growingObservability & IT Operationsteam.This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate aboutdata-driven monitoring, analytics, and automationusingSplunk Cloud and Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI).You will work at the intersection ofinfrastructure observability,incident management, andservice reliability, helping enterprises achieve real-time visibility into their IT ecosystems.NOTE : PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE MINIMUM 7 Years of IT EXPERIENCE and 3-5 YEARS OF SPLUNK ITSI DEVELOPMENT & SUPPORT EXPERIENCEKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and maintain enterprise-grade deployments of Splunk Cloud , Splunk ITSI , and Splunk Infrastructure Monitoring .Build and optimize ITSI glass tables, service trees, KPIs, correlation searches , and notable event aggregation policies .Develop advanced dashboards, SPL queries, and analytical reports for IT operations, SRE, and security use cases.Conduct Splunk performance tuning, health checks, and root cause analysis to ensure optimal platform performance and uptime.Onboard new data sources and streamline ingestion processes across application, infrastructure, and security layers.Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, and compliance teams to align Splunk with enterprise SIEM and log management standards.Automate monitoring workflows, alerts, and data pipelines using scripting and orchestration tools.Partner with cross-functional teams to scale observability and reliability engineering initiatives across the enterprise.What We're Looking ForExperience:7+ years of overall IT experience, with 3–5+ years hands-on experience in Splunk ITSI development and support .Technical Skills:Deep expertise in Splunk Cloud implementation and administration (preferably at enterprise scale — >5000 servers).Strong command of SPL scripting , correlation searches , KPI & service tree design , and event aggregation strategies .Familiarity with AWS and Azure services — EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, Azure Compute, and Functions.Solid understanding of log ingestion pipelines , observability architecture , and monitoring automation .Experience integrating Splunk with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) or automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) is a plus.Certifications (Preferred):Splunk Certified AdminSplunk Certified ArchitectSplunk ITSI CertifiedSoft Skills:Excellent English communication (verbal & written)Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsClear documentation practices and collaborative mindsetWhy Join Us?Be part of a high-impact observability engineering team driving visibility and resilience for enterprise-scale systems.Work hands-on with cutting-edge Splunk Cloud and ITSI solutions across diverse industries.Collaborate with talented engineers solving real-world monitoring and operational challenges in fast-paced environments.Competitive compensation and a learning-driven, innovation-friendly culture.Apply Now:Location:Bengaluru (In-office)Shift:2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST | Immediate Joiners Preferred
