About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Wealth Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in wealth management, private banking, or bancassurance, with proven expertise in managing high-value client relationships. This role demands a blend of financial acumen, relationship management, and advisory skills to deliver tailored financial solutions and help clients achieve their long-term wealth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by providing comprehensive wealth management and financial planning solutions.
- Build, nurture, and retain strong client relationships through regular engagement and customized advisory.
- Assess client needs, risk appetite, and financial objectives to recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve revenue and targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Stay updated with market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to provide proactive guidance to channel partners and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver superior client service and holistic wealth solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: MBA/CFP/CFA (preferred).
- Experience: 35 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or bancassurance.
- Proven track record of managing HNI/affluent client portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of insurance and financial planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
