Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience specializing in Zuora to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of our billing systems ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain billing systems using Zuora to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements.
  • Implement best practices in coding and design to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zuora ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and improve team collaboration.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Document system processes and changes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Zuora and related technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and innovation.
  • Test and validate system changes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Support the deployment of new features and updates ensuring smooth transitions and minimal impact on users.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Zuora with proven experience in system development and maintenance.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in Product Sourcing and Product Lifecycle Management as a valuable asset.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Show proficiency in coding languages and development tools relevant to Zuora.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
