YOUR TASKS

  • Oversee the execution, analysis, and necessary maintenance tasks on a multitude of equipment, machinery and utility systems. This responsibility offers the chance to demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
  • Handle advanced troubleshooting, diagnostic tasks and repair, touching on machinery, electrical systems, HVAC, and other equipment. This provides the opportunity to utilize and showcase advanced knowledge and expertise to solve complex challenges.
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of premises and equipment, showcasing analytic and problem-solving skills in identifying and implementing necessary corrective actions.
  • Lead the maintenance team, maintaining rigorous adherence to safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities. This highlights managerial attributes and promotes a safety-conscious environment.
  • Manage inventories of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring their safe storage. This organizational task showcases logistic and management skills.
  • Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior maintenance staff. This important task allows you to guide the future of the organization by helping others to develop and improve their skill sets.
  • Coordinate and oversee larger preventative and reactive maintenance projects, showcasing project management skills and forward-thinking abilities.
  • Utilize technical writing skills, by recording all maintenance work, and preparing detailed, analytic reports on activities and findings.
  • Liaise with external contractors and service providers, when necessary, fostering relationships and promoting the organization's interests.
  • Take part in after-hours emergency response services and occasional weekend work. This allows the demonstration of dedication to the role and the ability to respond effectively to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Stay at the cutting edge of the maintenance industry, keeping up-to-date with current trends, practices, and advancements in technology. This showcases a commitment to lifelong learning and the benefits of your experience and expertise.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate - Electronics/Electrical
  • 07-10 Years of Experience.
