Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Developer with a strong background in SharePoint and Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and On-Premises migration, SPFx development, and Power Automate workflows. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform SharePoint Online and On-Premises migration activities.
  • Develop and customize solutions using SharePoint Online out-of-the-box features.
  • Build and maintain SPFx web parts and extensions.
  • Design and implement workflows using Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint OnPrem/Online.
  • Document technical specifications and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development with a focus on SharePoint .
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and On-Premises architecture and migration strategies. Must have experience on migration ShareGate/AvePoint tools.
  • Proficiency in SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development.
  • Experience with Power Automate (Flow) for business process automation.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Online out-of-the-box features and customization.
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and REST APIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional behavior.

Good to have Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Power Platform.
  • Experience with Power Apps and Microsoft Teams integration.
  • Knowledge of Azure services related to SharePoint and Power Platform.
