Fire Alarm Technician Role Purpose

The purpose of a Fire Alarm Technician is to install, inspect, maintain and repair fire alarm systems in order to ensure they are in good working order and comply with safety regulations. They are also responsible for responding to emergency calls and providing effective solutions, such as resetting the system or replacing faulty components. Fire Alarm Technicians also provide advice and guidance to customers on the best fire alarm systems for their needs, and ensure all relevant safety standards are followed.

Fire Alarm Technician Role

Fire Alarm Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems in commercial and residential properties. They inspect and test fire alarm systems, install and program new fire alarms, and ensure compliance with local fire codes and regulations. They also troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems, and provide technical advice and support to customers.

Fire Alarm Technician Duties

Install, maintain and repair fire alarms systems

Carry out regular checks on fire alarm systems

Test fire alarm systems and components

Respond to emergency call-outs and repair faults

Ensure fire alarm systems are compliant with current regulations

Educational Qualification:

Diploma/Degree Holder in any Engineering Field.

Communication: Kannada, English, Hindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • total work: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Technician: 2 years (Required)

Language:
