QA/QC Engineers (2 Positions)

QA/QC Engineer

Reports To:
Site In-Charge & HO QA/QC Head

Role Overview
Responsible for ensuring quality control and assurance of all erection activities as per QAP and client specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities
Review and implement approved Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).

Inspect fit-ups, welding, bolting, alignment, and finishing.

Witness and document WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications if required.

Conduct stage-wise and final inspections with client/TPI.

Maintain inspection records, NCRs, and closure reports.

Ensure use of calibrated instruments and testing equipment.

Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Key Skills & Competencies
Sound knowledge of welding, bolting, and structural erection quality standards.

Familiar with ASME/AWS/IS codes.

Good documentation and reporting skills.

Qualification & Experience
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

2–4 years of QA/QC experience in structural erection projects.

Steel Plant experience is must
