About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Ophthalmologist to collaborate with us on a revenue-share basis. This role is ideal for specialists who want to expand their clinical reach, consult flexibly, and partner with an innovative healthcare platform/clinic. The position focuses on providing high-quality eye care services—either through telemedicine, in-clinic visits, or hybrid consultations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert ophthalmology consultations, including diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
Review patient history, perform virtual eye assessments (where applicable), and guide patients to appropriate care pathways.
Interpret diagnostic reports and advise on further testing or procedures.
Collaborate with our clinical and operations team to ensure seamless patient experience.
Maintain up-to-date patient records as per medical and legal standards.
Participate in community eye-care programs and awareness initiatives (optional).
Uphold high standards of medical ethics, professionalism, and patient safety.
Requirements
MBBS with MS / DNB / DOMS in Ophthalmology from a recognized institution.
Valid medical license/registration to practice.
4–10+ years of clinical experience (fresh specialists with strong skills may also apply).
Comfortable with telemedicine consultations (training can be provided).
Strong communication and patient counseling skills.
Ability to commit to flexible consultation hours.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹42,492.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
