. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of U.S. consumer behavior and can design, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. Join our performance marketing team and help us scale globally through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage PPC campaigns targeting U.S. audiences (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing, etc.)
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
  • Write compelling ad copy optimized for American consumers
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
  • Optimize bidding strategies, ad placements, and A/B test campaigns
  • Set up conversion tracking, remarketing, and retargeting funnels
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaign goals
  • Stay up to date with the latest U.S. market trends, ad policies, and platform updates

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of proven PPC experience focused on the U.S. market
  • Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards
  • Ability to work night shifts to align with U.S. time zones
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus
