Roles and Responsibility

• Responds to and diagnoses problems through user discussions, including troubleshooting, fault rectification, and escalating issues.
• Provides effective and timely resolution of users' problems, queries, or complaints.
• Assists in hardware and software evaluation and recommends upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure.
• Develops own knowledge, shares best practices, and develops relevant solutions.
• May set day-to-day operational objectives as a formal team leader of more junior co-workers.
• Continuously improves daily activities and processes.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of practical professional experience in a specific area.
• Knowledge base typically acquired from a professional/university degree.
• Fully proficient in executing established standards and works independently within set frames.
• Ability to develop own knowledge, share best practices, and develop relevant/appropriate solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
