Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and decisive Engineering Program Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will lead and oversee complex engineering programs, driving innovation and ensuring successful delivery of critical projects.

  • Develop and implement program strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives
  • Analyze program risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules effectively
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Implement and optimize Agile methodologies to improve program efficiency
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering organization
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in engineering program management
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering programs
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth understanding of engineering processes and product development lifecycle
  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications (preferred)
  • Experience working in a global, multicultural environment
  • Ability to travel occasionally to other office locations as needed
