Requirements & Essential Skills:

- 5 to 9 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity

- Strong expertise in manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications.

- Experience in UI/UX validation, cross-browser and cross-device testing

- Competence in API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) and automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)

- Understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and CI/CD integration.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- A strong eye for detail ensuring that even the smallest UI interactions meet UX expectations.

- Familiarity with system architecture, APIs, and microservices

- Hands-on experience in performance optimization, scalability, and fault-tolerant systems

- Proficient in one or more modern tech stacks (e.g., , Python, Java, Go, or C++)

- Understanding of cloud platforms ((AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience in performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) or security testing basics.

- Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure).

- Knowledge of accessibility testing standards and tools.

- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead QA activities from inception to release approval

- Establish and execute scalable QA processes

- Develop test strategies, plans, and cases aligned with business and UX needs

- Perform manual, automation, regression, performance, and usability tests

- Construct and manage automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)

- Engage with diverse teams for early bug identification

- Monitor quality metrics and recommend preemptive measures

- Mentor QA professionals and advocate for best practices
