Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Web Manager. The Web Manager will oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's website and digital platforms. Responsibilities include managing web design, implementing content management systems, analyzing website performance using web analytics, and delivering web development projects on time and within budget. The Web Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure online platforms align with the organization's mission and drive engagement.

Qualifications

  • Technical expertise in Web Development, Web Design, and Content Management
  • Proficiency in Web Analytics tools and the ability to interpret and use data to optimize performance
  • Strong Project Management skills to handle multiple web-related projects efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant experience in managing and improving online platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in educational initiatives or non-profit organizations is a plus
