We're Hiring: Design Consultant at Introspace.Location: Bangalore - Ramamurthy NagarEmployment Type : Full-timeAbout Introspace:At Introspace, we design environments that inspire. From elegant homes to innovative workspaces, we craft interiors that balance aesthetics, function, and emotion. Our mission is to turn every space into an experience — thoughtful, sustainable, and uniquely tailored.Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Client Engagement & ConsultationMeet and interact with potential clients to understand their requirements, design preferences, and budget.Provide design suggestions, material options, and layout ideas tailored to client needs.Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and space planning requirements.2. Sales & Business DevelopmentConvert client inquiries and leads into confirmed sales.Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and design presentations.Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring profitability.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.3. Coordination with Design & Execution TeamsCollaborate with in-house designers to translate client requirements into workable design solutions.Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely execution.Monitor project progress and keep clients updated throughout the process.4. Market & Product KnowledgeMaintain updated knowledge of interior design trends, materials, finishes, and furnishings.Stay informed about competitor offerings and pricing strategies.Recommend new products or design solutions that align with market trends.5. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns effectively.Follow up post-project completion to ensure client satisfaction and generate referrals.6. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, quotations, and sales conversions.Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.Update CRM tools and databases regularly.Skills & QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).Strong communication and presentation skills.Sales-driven mindset with proven negotiation skills.Good sense of aesthetics and spatial understanding.Proficiency in design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is an added advantage.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.How to Apply:Share your resume and portfolio to with the whatsapp Let's design spaces that inspire together.
