Position Overview:

We're looking for a Copywriter who is equal parts storyteller and conversion specialist - someone who can bring our new product launches to life with compelling narratives, while also crafting sharp, high-performing marketing copy for ads, campaigns, and digital assets.

What You'll Do:

1. Product Launch Storytelling

  • Conceptualize and write copy for new product launches: positioning statements, campaign taglines, landing page copy, product descriptions, and launch assets.
  • Collaborate with the brand & marketing team to translate product USPs into clear, exciting, and on-brand messaging.
  • Ensure launch messaging works seamlessly across website, email, marketplaces, and press touchpoints.

2. High-Conversion Ad Copy

  • Write scroll-stopping ad copy for Meta, Google, YouTube, and marketplace ads.
  • Test variations of hooks, CTAs, and messaging to maximize CTR and conversion.
  • Partner with the performance marketing team to align copy with campaign objectives and insights.

3. Press & PR

  • Write sharp, engaging press releases and product notes for new launches.
  • Craft copy for PR kits — from inserts and product cards to creative storytelling notes.
  • Support external communication to ensure FAE's messaging is consistent and impactful.

4. Social Media & Brand Assets

  • Create copy for limited social assets like Instagram captions, campaign posts, reels hooks, and community engagement.
  • Write persuasive copy for emails, SMS/WhatsApp campaigns, and push notifications.
  • Maintain FAE Beauty's brand voice: bold, inclusive, Gen Z-savvy, yet mature and modern.

5. Collaboration & Insights

  • Work closely with creative, design, growth, and product teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Keep track of cultural trends, competitor campaigns, and consumer insights to keep FAE's copy fresh and relevant.
  • Analyze performance and refine copy frameworks for repeatable success.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in copywriting (beauty, D2C, lifestyle, or FMCG brands preferred).
  • Proven portfolio of ad campaigns, product launches, and PR copy.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing funnels and conversion-driven writing.
  • Ability to write across formats: ad hooks, press releases, product copy, captions, long-form storytelling.
  • Creative thinker with an instinct for what resonates with digital-first, beauty-savvy consumers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
