Job Role:

  1. Preparing Project Reports: Your role will include preparing detailed project reports for various industries such as Textile, Solar, Wind Mills, and Diamond. These reports will analyse the financial viability, risks, and potential of the proposed projects, providing essential information for decision-making.

  2. Net Worth Statements: You will be tasked with preparing net worth statements for individuals. This involves assessing their assets, liabilities, and overall financial position, helping clients understand their financial standing and plan accordingly.

  3. Credit Monitoring Arrangement Reports: You will be involved in creating credit monitoring arrangement reports. These reports will monitor the financial health of clients, evaluating their creditworthiness, and assessing the risks associated with extending credit to them.

  4. Loan Enhancements and Renewals: Your role will include preparing files for loan enhancements and renewals. This involves updating financial data, analysing the client's credit performance, and presenting this information to lenders to support loan extension or renewal requests.

  5. Communication with Banks: You will be responsible for drafting letters and other communication materials to be sent to banks on behalf of clients. This may include loan applications, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure effective communication between the clients and financial institutions.
