Our AI & IoT-based Smart Farming Stick scans soil, air, and plants using advanced sensors, providing live data to a mobile app. This app uses AI to instantly analyze crop conditions and recommend the appropriate fertilizers, pesticides, or organic solutions tailored to each farm's needs. With a focus on affordability, accuracy, and ease of use, TechSasyam bridges the gap between traditional farming and next-gen AgriTech.

Role Description

We're seeking a
Data Analyst
who can help us
collect, curate, and prepare datasets
for training our AI modules. You'll play a key role in building the
data backbone
for our AI system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract and compile
    datasets from multiple sources
    (websites, repositories, research papers)
  • Filter and organize
    high-quality crop images
    with accurate metadata/descriptions
  • Gather and structure datasets on
    crops, soil, environment, insects, fertilizers, pesticides, and calibration values
  • Clean, label, and format data for
    AI/ML model training
  • Collaborate closely with the
    AI development team
    for dataset optimization

Qualifications & Skills

  • Background in
    Data Science / Agriculture / AI / Machine Learning / Environmental Studies
    or related fields
  • Familiarity with
    data cleaning, labeling, and dataset preparation
  • Understanding of agriculture, crop sciences, or environmental data
    is a plus
  • Strong research & data extraction skills (from academic and open-source platforms)
  • Passion for
    AI in Agriculture
    and startup collaboration

Salary/ Compensation

This is a
Partnership Role
– no fixed salary initially.

Compensation will be in the form of
equity, co-founder opportunity, or performance-based partnership benefits
after evaluation and interview.
