Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Patna. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, facilitating sales transactions, maintaining displays, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves building lasting relationships with customers and supporting store operations as needed to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and address their needs effectively
  • Communication and sales skills to facilitate transactions and promote products
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage inventory and assist with customer inquiries
  • Experience in retail or sales, particularly in the jewelry industry, is advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in maintaining visual merchandising standards
  • Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
