Job Title: Python Developer - Generative AI

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Python Developer - Generative AI to join our team at Devkraft As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to develop design solutions and task specifications

  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and well-documented solutions

  • Write unit tests with complete code coverage and perform dev testing

to minimize bug slippages

  • Collaborate with team members, project managers, and stakeholders

to ensure requirements are met.

  • Follow project schedules and software development processes.

  • Provide support for UAT activities and production support, including

defect fixes.

  • Mentor junior team members and coordinate with global team members and customers

Technical Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in web development using Python and Django.

  • Experience with Generative AI, LLM, Langchain, and RAG.

  • Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and

NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB).

  • Understanding of microservices and SOA architecture.

  • Familiarity with software best practices like TDD and CI

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like

NodeJS, AngularJS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

  • Knowledge of object caches like Memcached and Redis.

  • Experience with designing, tuning, and optimizing SQL queries and

caching strategies.

  • Experience with building distributed, asynchronous task systems.

  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, especially EMR, EC2, S3)
