We are seeking a passionate and experienced NCLEX-RN Trainer to guide nursing graduates in their preparation for the NCLEX-RN examination. The trainer will deliver high-quality coaching, design effective study materials, and mentor students to achieve successful licensure in the US/Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct NCLEX-RN preparation classes (online/offline) as per the syllabus and exam guidelines.
Develop and update study materials, practice questions, and mock tests aligned with the NCSBN blueprint.
Provide individualized feedback and mentorship to students.
Track student progress and implement strategies to improve pass rates.
Organize doubt-clearing sessions, group discussions, and exam simulations.
Stay updated with changes in NCLEX-RN exam formats and requirements.
Assist in curriculum planning and course structuring.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Nursing (Mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of clinical experience; prior teaching or NCLEX coaching experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of NCLEX-RN syllabus, question formats, and exam strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Proficient in using digital teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.).
