Job Title: IT Project Lead or Project Manager (Techno-Functional)

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan, India

Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Job Type: Full-Time (Permanent)

Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite (Client Location Udaipur)

Key Skills Required: IT Project Management, PMP Certification, SDLC

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare Project Management Plan and Project Plan.

  2. Prepare the Effort estimation and finalize the Budget of the Project.

  3. Review the project in every stage of the Project life cycle.

  4. Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development

  5. Prepare and manage Project Plans, including timelines, key milestones, budgets and resource requirements, which ensure the successful delivery of the project.

  6. Identify, negotiate and manage resource requirements within delegated projects

  7. Define and implement a project Quality Plan and Risk Plan working with senior employees and subject matter experts.

  8. Manage projects and ensure that key outcomes, contractual requirements, and key deliverables are met.

  9. Manage the overall plan in conjunction with Senior Managers to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget.

  10. Effectively plan and manage projects in alignment with the chosen Project Management Methodology and the terms of contract.

  11. Travel international & domestic locations as per project requirement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Candidates with educational background in field of Computer Science / IT or any other specialization of engineering along with MBA/PGDM will be preferred.

  2. Must have good understanding of Government Processes and IT automation initiatives in e-Governance Domain.

  3. Should have relevant working experience as a project manager in IT sector.

  4. Should have relevant work experience in design and development of customized IT applications.

  5. Should have hands-on experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, and release of software application projects.

  6. Should have minimum 4+ years of experience in managing a team of more than 15 developers.

  7. Should have good client-facing and interpersonal skills.

  8. Should have good written and verbal communication skills.

  9. Should have good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

  10. Should have good knowledge in MS office.

  11. Candidates must have 2 years of working experience in a CMMI Level 3 certified organization.

  12. Candidates must have PMP/ Prince 2 certifications.
