Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive daily operations across Functional, Automation, Security, and Performance teams
  • Align priorities, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely closures
  • Manage coordination between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Oversee sprint planning, regression readiness, and automation execution cycles
  • Review automation progress, identify gaps, and ensure best practices are followed
  • Support strategic planning, reporting, escalation management, and issue resolution
  • Prepare high-quality documentation, MOMs, technical summaries, and delivery trackers
  • Support proposals, effort estimations, technical sections, and PoC planning
  • Ensure project governance, timely updates, and clear communication across teams

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of test automation concepts, structure, and execution flows
  • Working knowledge of Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, API automation, and CI pipelines
  • Ability to review scripts, analyze failures, and validate framework structure
  • Good understanding of API test design, API automation flows, and reporting dashboards
  • Familiarity with Git, pipeline executions, and automation reporting tools
  • Knowledge of QA processes, regression planning, and release readiness expectations

Management Skills Required:

  • High ownership mindset with strong planning and follow-through
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and expectation handling
  • Ability to manage multiple teams, parallel streams, and deadline-driven environments
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Capability to manage escalations calmly and resolve operational gaps proactively
  • Independent decision-making and problem-solving ability

Good to Have:

  • Experience with IoT testing or device-based testing
  • Exposure to performance or security testing workflows
  • Experience coordinating directly with clients
