Experience : 0 – 3 Years (Freshers with automobile knowledge can also apply)
Qualification:
- Automobile ITI / Diploma / Graduation (Any Stream)
- Basic knowledge of cars and resale market preferred
Job Summary:
The POC–DSE (Old Car Sales) will be responsible for handling customers interested in pre-owned Maruti Suzuki TRUE VALUE vehicles, generating leads, evaluating old cars, closing sales, and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the buying and selling process.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Customer Handling
- Handle walk-in and online leads for used car (Old Car) sales
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable TRUE VALUE vehicles
- Explain vehicle condition, pricing, warranty, and documentation clearly
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion ratios
Old Car Evaluation & POC Activities
- Coordinate with evaluators for inspection and valuation of old cars
- Assist customers in selling/exchanging their vehicles
- Maintain transparency in pricing and deal closure
- Ensure proper documentation for buy & sell transactions
Lead Management & Follow-ups
- Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, tele-calling, referrals & field activity
- Maintain CRM entries and follow up with potential customers
- Regular follow-ups for enquiry conversion and deal closure
Documentation & Process
- Ensure all documents are complete (RC, insurance, transfer forms, etc.)
- Coordinate with RTO and back-office team for ownership transfer
- Follow Maruti Suzuki TRUE VALUE process and compliance guidelines
Customer Experience
- Deliver a smooth and professional buying experience
- Handle customer queries and objections confidently
- Build long-term relationships and generate repeat & referral business
Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of used car pricing & market trends
- Willingness to do field work when required
