About the Role:

We're looking for a
Business Analyst Intern
to support our product and growth teams in identifying marketing gaps and optimising Thrillark's listings for better ranking and visibility. This role involves analyzing data, understanding patterns, and generating insights that directly contribute to improving the platform's performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Collect, organise, and analyse data related to product listings and their performance metrics
  • Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in how listings perform across marketing and discovery channels
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to improve ranking and visibility based on measurable trends
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to implement and track optimisations
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate insights and outcomes effectively

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualisation or reporting tools is a plus
  • Ability to interpret and present data clearly and logically
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to finding solutions
  • Interest in travel, marketplaces, or digital products
