Qualifications : B-Tech ( Instrumentation / similar fields)

Job Role

Responsible for design, programming, testing, and commissioning of PLC-based automation systems, including integration with instruments, drives, and HMI/SCADA interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs
  • Configure and integrate HMI and SCADA systems
  • Prepare and maintain I/O lists, logic diagrams, and control drawings
  • Conduct panel testing, loop checking, and site commissioning
  • Interface PLCs with field instruments, sensors, and drives
  • Work with communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet
  • Support FAT, SAT, and customer training activities
  • Coordinate with design, electrical, and maintenance teams

Technical Skills Required

  • Hands-on experience in PLC and HMI software tools
  • Understanding of analog/digital I/O systems and control loops
  • Knowledge of instrumentation signals (4–20 mA, RTD, thermocouple)
  • Familiar with drive setup and control
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in control panels and field wiring

Soft Skills

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Good communication and documentation ability
  • Team coordination and leadership for junior technicians

Willingness to travel and work at project sites

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
