Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Anaplan Solution Architect / Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Anaplan-based solutions that support incentive compensation management, performance reporting, planning, and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions.
  • Design and build Anaplan models and dashboards.
  • Lead Anaplan architecture design to ensure integration and optimization across new and existing models.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Anaplan models, improving automation and data/process integration.
  • Troubleshoot Anaplan applications and provide ongoing technical/application support.
  • Stay updated on the latest Anaplan features and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Data teams to ensure Anaplan alignment with enterprise systems.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 35 years of hands-on Anaplan experience, including a minimum of 3 full-cycle implementations (focus on incentive compensation and revenue models).
  • Strong background in Anaplan architecture and model building.
  • Experience in financial and enterprise performance management (EPM) processes such as incentive compensation, analytics, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ability to deliver end-to-end, integrated Anaplan solutions.
  • Proven skills in stakeholder management and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Anaplan Certification is a plus.
